OSU Gilkey Hall

Gilkey Hall was the dairy building of Oregon Agricultural College. The first floor contains classrooms and will be upgraded to a multi-stall gender-neutral restroom. The second and third floors will be renovated to become the new counseling center for Oregon State University. The roof will receive  new mechanical units and a solar array. This project underwent historic review due to the additions on the roof and accessibility added to the south entry.
